成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and anaesthesiology. Under laparoscopic control, the peritoneum is incised 3-4 cm above the hernial holes and 2-3 cm above the superior iliac spine, and the incision is completed at the level of the medial umbilical fold. After entering the preperitoneal space, a hernial sac is separated. Boundaries of the pain triangle are determined. Then 5 mm trocar is used to pass a needle with diameter of 20 G and length of 15 cm from the side of the operated area to the central part of the pain triangle. Under laparoscopic control at angle of 30-40 degrees, a precision needle is inserted into a lumbar fascia between a lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, branches of a genitofemoral nerve and an ilioinguinal nerve. Anaesthetic ropivacaine 7.5% 10-12 ml is administered once, with laparoscopic visualization of the anaesthetic spread along the above nerve trunks. USE - Medicine.
