成果简介	NOVELTY - The plant has a frame (1) on which horizontal guides (2) are mounted for arranging electric motor (3). A hardening table (5) is arranged for installing gear, and a stand (6) with platform (7) is arranged for mounting hardening transformer (8), inductor (9), and cooling sprayers (10) that are provided different for oil and/or emulsion (11) and for water (12) and air. The platform is moved along vertical guides mounted on stand, and an operation of installation is controlled using control panel (20). USE - Installation plant for hardening surface of mechanism elements with high-frequency currents and for hardening teeth of gear wheels. ADVANTAGE - The installation plant ensures high-quality combined hardening of gear teeth of wide range. The presence of sprayers for combined alternate cooling of gear teeth with oil, emulsion, water and air together reduces the amount of defects in high-alloy alloys and increases wear resistance of machine portions.
