成果简介NOVELTY - Photosynthesising maternal potato sprout formed from the sanitized tuber is transferred into a horizontal position. After bending the apex of the sprout into the vertical position, the first knot from the bend towards the basal part of the sprout is placed in a vessel and isolated from light with a moistened sterile hydrophilic material, thus forming a first light-isolated metamer. With the given parent sprout, the above technique is repeated several times, forming a system of several metamers isolated from light, connected by means of a common stem. With the onset of formation of adventitious roots and lateral sprout on the first metamer, the hydrophilic material is replaced with a nutrient substrate. After formation of an accessory root system and a lateral shoot on the first metamer, the stem of the maternal shoot between the first metamer and the maternal tuber is cut. USE - Agriculture.
