Method of producing aminophosphonium salts of formula I according to the invention involves reaction in an equimolar amount of compounds of formula II, where R1 = NEt2 or Ph, R2 = NEt2 or Ph, with 1-iodoalkanes – 1-iodohexane, 1-iodoctane, 1-iodononane or 1-iododecane – in acetonitrile in an inert medium, followed by extraction of the end product.
