| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to production of fasteners such as studs from hybrid basalt material and can be used in assembly of threaded connections in machine building. A distinctive feature of the method of making a stud from a composite hybrid basalt material is that when manufacturing a composite basalt base in the form of fibre-roving, impregnated with binding resins, cylinders of basalt fibres with length equal to the difference between the outer diameter of the thread of the stud and its inner diameter are preliminarily added to the resin, with content of up to 5% by weight. Then uniformly mixed, basalt powder of 75 mcm is added, with content of up to 5% by weight, and the total weight of the binder resin is uniformly mixed. USE - Various technological processes.
