成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for prevention of opacity and vascularization of corneal graft in animals after penetrating keratoplasty with underlying preexisting vascularized corneal leukoma due to burn injury of eye. Conjunctival cavity is instilled with a solution of conditioned medium of mesenchymal stem cells (CM MSC) four times for hour every 20 minutes starting from 1 day after keratoplasty for 30 days. To obtain a solution of CM MSC, a mononuclear fraction of bone marrow proper cells is isolated, the suspension is inoculated on Petri dishes and cultured in a DMEM medium with 10% FBS in a CO2 incubator at 5% CO2 and 10% O2 with a complete replacement of the culture medium after obtaining the cell monolayer, after 3 days, the conditioned culture medium is combined with the MSC lysate.
