| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The battery has a housing (9) provided with a cover, electronics, a control module (3) located in an upper part of the housing and a built-in plastic electric heater in contact with prismatic battery cells. Four heating plates (4) are installed in a lower part of the housing and connected in parallel/series with the control module, and ensures maintenance of required temperature. The heating plates are provided with air channels for a passage of heat from the heating plates upwards between blocks of cells (1). Ventilation blocks for operating and blowing in and blowing out maintain optimum temperature at a high ambient temperature under the cover. USE - Lithium-ion battery for operating under optimal temperature conditions. ADVANTAGE - The battery presents elements for heating an internal environment of a case from impact of low temperatures of an external environment as well as presence of fan units to cool and maintain optimum temperature at high ambient temperatures. The battery ensures functioning of an entire battery system within specified temperature limits due to the fact that the traction battery controls and parallel/series connected heating plates necessary for heating and ventilation units for cooling.
