| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has mechanism that is configured for installing, rotating and pressing the component with the surface being processed against a spherical indenter (7) mounted on a mechanical amplifier and receiving ultrasonic vibrations from a piezoceramic transducer. The mechanism is configured for installing, rotating the component and pressing the workpiece against the spherical indenter is made in the form of a metal sleeve (2) with the ability to install the workpiece in the hole (9) with a guaranteed clearance. The metal sleeve is fixed in the chuck of the lathe and equipped with a sealing ring (3) on the outside and includes an opening on the opposite side for supplying air under pressure and for ensuring pressing the end of the component with a given force against the spherical indenter and fixed together with a piezoelectric transducer on the lathe support (5). USE - Device for non-abrasive treatment of surfaces of components made of structural steels using ultrasonic indentation. ADVANTAGE - Since the mechanism for installing, rotating and pressing the component with the surface being processed to the ultrasonic indenter is made in the form of a simple sleeve with a sealing ring on the outside and an opening for supplying compressed air on the opposite side, and the component is freely installed in the metal sleeve with a guaranteed gap and does not require a special mechanical clamp, the design of the device is simplified.
