成果简介NOVELTY - Disclosed is a recombinant protein endolysin LysSte134 with molecular weight of 35 kDa, having antibacterial action by lysis of cell walls and destruction of biofilms formed Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus haemolyticus and Staphylococcus warneri, consisting of endolysin LysSte134 and C-terminal oligopeptide GSRSHHHHHH and having size of 307 a.a.r. and the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2. Also disclosed is recombinant plasmid DNA pQE-60_LysSte134, having a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, providing synthesis in Escherichia coli cells of said recombinant protein endolysin LysSte134 and the Escherichia coli bacterial strain M15/pQE-60_LysSte134 – producer of said recombinant protein endolysin LysSte134, obtained by transformation of Escherichia coli M15 strain of said recombinant plasmid DNA pQE-60_LysSte134.
