成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a device main body provided with a cylindrical body. A lid is arranged in a retractable reservoir. A toggle switch turns on a device main body. A sound unit (5) is fixed in a handle for providing sound vibrations of a nozzle (2) in a form of a brush. A two-jaw U-shaped mouth guard (3) is made in dimensions of 115 x 50 x 30 mm from silicone material, and contains cylindrical silicone bristles and holes, where the mouth guard is designed with possibility of feeding water into the nozzle for ensuring outlet through 56 openings, 28 openings on an upper surface and 28 openings on a lower surface of the nozzle. The mouth guard is designed with possibility of feeding water in three modes as pulsation, micro-massage and turbo flow modes. USE - Multifunctional device for facilitating individual oral hygiene of disabled patients. ADVANTAGE - The device improves convenience, efficiency and quality of individual oral hygiene for patients with difficulties, significantly enhances quality of individual oral hygiene of patients confirmed by conducted clinical laboratory study and facilitates dynamic changes in parameters of mixed saliva of patients with cerebrovascular insufficiency reflect normalization of an oral cavity condition so as to enhance an improvement in hygienic status with reduction in inflammatory phenomena in periodontal tissues.
