Percentage of TNFR1 and VEGFR2 on peripheral blood monocytes is determined by flow cytofluorometry. Established diagnostic values are used to determine the prognosis of developing placental insufficiency in the third trimester in women with moderate course of COVID-19 in the first trimester of pregnancy. If the value of TNFR1 is equal to or more than 86.95%, and VEGFR2 is equal to or less than 21.72%, developing placental insufficiency in the third trimester is predicted in women with moderate course of COVID-19 in the first trimester of pregnancy. USE - Medicine.
