| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, medicine and veterinary science. Disclosed acaricide ointment contains, wt.%: sodium 2,2'-(1E,1'E)-(butane-1,4-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1-ylidene)dibenzene sulphonate of formula I – 0.2, methyluracil – 3.0, polyethylene oxide-400 – 25.0, polyethylene oxide-1500 – 71.8. Method of producing acaricide ointment consists in fact that 0.2 wt.% of sodium 2,2'-(1E,1'E)-(butan-1,4-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1-ylidene)dibenzene sulphonate of formula I and 3.0 wt.% of methyluracil are taken, then 25.0 wt.% of polyethylene oxide-400 is added and stirred until complete dissolution at temperature of 60 °C, then in portions with slow stirring 71.8 wt.% of polyethylene oxide-1500 is added to the heated solution and stirred until complete dissolution, then temperature is raised to 100 °C and stirred for 30 minutes, then cooled to room temperature, prepared acaricide ointment is packaged in sterile bottles.
