成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to power engineering, namely to turbine construction, and can be used in condensers of steam turbines. In a steam turbine condenser with a hydraulic steam bypass valve, characterized by the presence of a condenser housing and a condensate deaeration collector, between the condenser housing and the condensate collector, a hydraulic steam bypass valve is installed, consisting of a seat, on the sides of which there are walls, and between them there is a perforated bottom, through which the vapour formed in the condensate collector is discharged into the condenser housing, deflectors for the heat exchange surface pipes protection from the vapour effect, hydraulic trays connected to the bottom of the condenser housing by means of boxes, providing constant feed of the hydraulic trays with condensate, connected to each other by the tray and walls, separating the steam space of the housing and the condenser collector, this allows maintaining optimum pressure drop between condenser housing and condensate collector and heating of main condensate in condensate collector above steam saturation temperature in condenser housing.
