The sealed armor is applied over the inner sheath or under-armor pad. USE - Explosion-proof power cable. ADVANTAGE - The production of a thixotropic gel-sealed explosion-proof power cable for medium and low voltage with an antistatic outer layer is achieved. The voids in explosion-proof cable are filled to prevent the spread of explosive gas mixtures along the cable. The tightness of the conductive core in the first prototype is ensured by sealing with synthetic tapes or tapes and the tightness of the metal screen is ensured by filling the inner shell with material.
