成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to machine building, in particular to methods of explosion welding of metal foils to each other. Method of foil explosion welding involves arrangement of inert polymer layers in fixed and thrown packets installed one above the other with a gap between solid base and fixed foil, thrown by foil and false plate respectively. Elements of fixed and thrown packages are tightly connected to each other by means of silicone sealant. A false plate is used made of material with specific weight of 0.15-0.3 g/cm2. Inert polymer layer in fixed package is made of cellulose paper, and inert polymer layer in thrown package is made of silicone rubber with thickness of 3-5 mm. On the surface of the false plate, a container with an explosive is installed, which provides a detonation speed of 1,900-2,100 m/s, and detonation is initiated. USE - Performing operations.
