| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The element has a blade (5) that is provided with a cutting edge intended for acting on the material in a horizontal plane. The two segments (1) are provided for acting on the material in a vertical plane, while the blade has a radius of curvature. USE - Cutting element for feed chopper connected to disks of shaft of working element. ADVANTAGE - The quality of feed grinding is improved and the energy intensity is reduced. The cutting element is equipped with the two segments for acting on the material in the vertical plane, thus, achieving the effect of multi-plane cutting, and the presence of a radius of curvature of the blade makes to capture the crushed mass of feed and feeds it to the unloading pneumatic pipeline. The quality of the resulting product is significantly improved in terms of homogeneity and cutting length, and the feed material is distributed evenly in relation to the cutting element and feed the crushed material through the pneumatic pipeline.
