| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to thermal control coatings for spacecraft of optical solar reflector class and to method of their production. Method of producing photostable ceramic coating by PCB printing involves grinding VK-96 ceramics based on Al2O3 with reflectivity as of not less than 0.12 in a planetary micro mill in two steps: first for 6 minutes at rate of 850 rpm, then 4 minutes at speed of 1,000 rpm. Further, said crushed ceramics are mixed in amount of 50-70 wt.% and glass C52-1 in amount of 1-10 wt.% for 5 minutes at rate of 850 rpm. Organic binder – ethyl cellulose in terpineol (1:1) is added in amount of 20-40 wt.% and mixed for 60 minutes at rate of 850 rpm. Obtained paste is applied by PCB-printer. Deposited coating is held at temperature of 22 °C for 10 minutes, drying in a drying cabinet at temperature of 150 °C for 15 minutes, burning paste for 60 minutes with holding at a maximum temperature of 850 °C for 10 minutes.
