成果简介	NOVELTY - The press has a frame (1), perforated and rubber-coated pressing shafts (2-7), upper and lower shafts and a tension shaft on which upper and lower filter mesh belts are inserted. The pressing shafts are made with decreasing diameters in direction of movement of belts, and a tray is used for collecting filtrate. The frame is provided with vertical posts (14) on which pressing shafts are alternately mounted on both sides, one of the pressing shafts is provided with a drive, and pallets (12) are placed accordingly under the pressing shafts. A gravity thickener is provided at an inlet of the belt filter press, and connected through a sludge between a thickener discharge zone and a receiving zone of the belt filter press. USE - Belt filter press for cleaning wastewater from sediment and sludge during mechanical dewatering of sludge from domestic and industrial wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The convenience of using the belt filter press is increased.
