成果简介NOVELTY - The coagulometer has a rotating cuvette being provided with a sample. A control ferromagnetic ball, a ball sensor, a signal processing device and a thermal stabilizer are connected with each other, where a variable resistance with a nominal value of 1 k Ohm with an external resistor handle is added to a thermostat circuit in series with a thermistor to regulate incubation temperature in the cuvette with a blood plasma sample from 37 to 44 degree Celsius and coagulogram of calves is obtained using medical and veterinary coagulometers. USE - Modified veterinary coagulometer for determining hemostasis indices of animals. ADVANTAGE - The coagulometer has a significant feature that allows a more correct result of measuring rate of formation of a fibrin clot in the plasma of various species of warm-blooded animals, regulating temperature of the coagulation reactions of plasma, thus providing an increase in efficiency of coagulometric testing of animal blood. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graph representing a dependence of resistance of NTC thermistor on temperature.
