成果简介NOVELTY - Hop drier with microwave energy supply to cylindrical resonators and cable washer contains in horizontal plane connected sections of non-ferromagnetic cylindrical resonators, along which there is an electrically driven dielectric rope-washer conveyor so that its cylindrical perforated fluoroplastic housing is laid through the holes on the joined bases of the cylindrical non-ferromagnetic resonators, with contact to the inner surface of the resonators, wherein ceramic biconcave washers are connected with dielectric cable. At that, diameter and pitch between centres of ceramic biconcave washers are equal to two depths of wave penetration into raw material, and the rotary wheels between the working and idle branches of the rope-washer conveyor are located at the ends of the hop dryer so that rotary wheel in front of the first cylindrical non-ferromagnetic resonator is located inside the rotary non-ferromagnetic corrugated pipe, and the second rotary wheel is installed after the rotary non-ferromagnetic corrugated pipe at the outlet of the hop dryer. Idle branch of cable washer is located outside hop dryer, at that, on the surface of the first cylindrical non-ferromagnetic resonator there is a non-ferromagnetic loading capacity connected to a dielectric perforated pipe located inside the resonator, above the open part of the perforated fluoroplastic housing of the cable-washer conveyor, wherein from below, opposite to movement of raw materials, to each cylindrical non-ferromagnetic resonator is connected non-ferromagnetic air duct from heat gun, and non-ferromagnetic air outlets are installed on top of each resonator, diagonally from non-ferromagnetic air ducts, wherein waveguides with air-cooled magnetrons are arranged with uniform helical shift on surface of every cylindrical non-ferromagnetic resonator while receiving vessel is arranged under second rotary wheel.
