成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and can be used for diagnosing chronic inflammation of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed in the patients with removable dentures. Concentration of local inflammation markers IL8, IL10, TGF-β1, VEGF is determined by enzyme immunoassay in the patient’s oral fluid three months after making the replacement prosthesis. Further calculation is carried out according to the equation: Ycalc = 27.2642 - 0.07067X1 - 0.00771X2 + 0.00454X3, where: X1 is IL-8, pg/ml; X2 is IL-10, pg/ml; X3 is TGFβ1, pg/ml; Y is the VEGF value, pg/ml. At Ycalc ≥ 17% of actual values Y, diagnose the presence of chronic inflammation of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed. USE - Medicine.
