| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to metal processing and can be used in processing radioactive wastes. Method for fragmentation of body metal parts for further processing or recycling comprises cooling the part to cold brittleness temperature and breaking it into fragments. Besides, it includes determination of part type and selection of force concentrator and mould, besides, determination of part type and selection of force concentrator and mould is carried out depending on dimensional characteristics of the part, its shape and thickness. Depending on the type of the part, a pyramidal, prismatic or conical shape of the force concentrator is used. Mould is selected so that its length and width are not more than one and a half times the length and width of the part, respectively, and height is not less than twice the height of the part.
