| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used in infraorbital anaesthesia. Upper and lower jaws are scanned using a three-dimensional scanning program, and the image is loaded together with cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) data into a computer program. Both images are combined until they are completely superimposed; an infraorbital opening is located on the anterior surface of the upper jaw body. Point of anaesthetic withdrawal into the infraorbital opening is determined – 1 cm downwards from the infraorbital opening parallel to the midline of the face – and the specified needle travel of the carpule syringe from the point of its introduction to the point of withdrawal of the anaesthetic into the infraorbital opening with the condition of bypassing the infraorbital nerve. On the basis of the obtained data, an individual navigation template is made, with the help of which the anaesthetic is introduced into the infraorbital opening. USE - Medicine.
