| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to methods of producing alkoxy(hydroxy)(ethylacetoacetate)aluminoxane oligomers for use as precursors of high-purity components (binders, coatings, powders, etc.) for producing ceramic composites of aluminium-oxide composition (γ-Al2O3, α-Al2O3 etc.) depending on ceramisation temperature. Disclosed is a method of producing alkoxy(hydroxy)(ethylacetoacetate)aluminoxane oligomers of general formula [Al(OR)s(OR*)x(OH)zOy]k, where k=4–10; s+x+2y+z=3; R – CnH2n+1, n=2–4; R* – C(CH3)=CHC(O)OC2H5, in the medium of a hydrocarbon solvent, consisting in the fact that the reaction is initially carried out in a medium of a hydrocarbon solvent at 20-30 °C of an organoaluminium compound: AlR3, R2AlORor Al(OR)3, where R=C2H5 or C4H9, with acetoacetic ether CH3C(O)CH2C(O)OC2H5 at molar ratio acetoacetic ether/Al = 0.4-0.5, and then the obtained complex of the organoaluminium compound is reacted with acetoacetic ether at temperature of 30-60 °C with ethyl alcohol in molar ratio Al:C2H5OH=1:1 with subsequent distillation of solvent first at atmospheric pressure, and then at reduced pressure and temperature up to 150 °C.
