成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to radiation therapy, and can be used in treating patients with localized prostate cancer. First stage of treatment involves three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy in hypofractionation mode on the region of regional lymph nodes of the pelvis, prostate and seminal vesicles with a single dose (SD) of 2.2 Gy to a multiple dose (MD) of 44 Gy in amount of 20 fractions. At the second stage of treatment, radiation therapy is carried out on the area of the prostate and seminal vesicles with SD 2.7 Gy to MD 27 Gy in amount of 10 fractions and simultaneous additional exposure on the principle of "simultaneous integrated boost" with dose escalation to "dominant centre" – prostate tumour with SD 3.4 Gy to MD 90 Gy. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides higher indices of local and biochemical disease control, as well as progression-free survival, due to dose escalation on active tumour tissue together with radiotherapeutic effect on regional lymph nodes of pelvis and prostate area. 1 cl, 1 ex
