| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system (10) has a weed collector assembly provided with a set of collector teeth connected between an opposed pair of floatation devices. A winch and cannon assembly is coupled with the collector assembly to facilitate positioning and shooting of the collector assembly on a water surface. The winch and cannon assembly is provided with a cannon barrel configured to connect to a weed collector frame, where the cannon barrel is provided with a pressurized air cannon connected to a first end. The pressurized air cannon facilitates release of pressurized air to floatation devices through the cannon barrel to facilitate floating of the weed collector assembly to the water surface. The winch and cannon assembly is provided with a winch mechanism, where the winch mechanism comprises a cable rolled and connected to a rope tie-down anchor to draw the weed towards a weed transfer conveyor in an actuated position. USE - Weed collector system for managing aquatic weed proliferation in water bodies. Uses include but are not limited to narrow waterways, small water bodies, lakes and streams. ADVANTAGE - The system is provided with front wheels in a chassis to contribute to machine's transportability and enabling easy maneuverability across various terrains and water bodies. The front wheels facilitate relocation of the apparatus to different locations for ensuring optimal coverage and effectiveness in weed collection efforts. The system allows tandem working of the front and rear wheels to optimize machine mobility and agility, thus allowing operators to navigate challenging terrain with ease. The system is provided with a fuel tank that serves as a reservoir for the power generator, thus ensuring a continuous and reliable power supply for the operation of various motors and winches associated with the system. The system uses a centralized fuel storage system that minimizes downtime and maximizes operational efficiency, thus enabling sustained operation in remote or resource-constrained environments. The system is provided with a chassis frame that ensures stability for the chassis and the entire system body, thus minimizing vibrations and structural deformations during operation.
