成果简介	NOVELTY - Disclosed is a hop extractor, which includes a housing, pipes for supplying beer, compressed CO2, supplied solutions and removal of hopped beer and hop pulp, the filtering element is made in the form of a sieve cartridge, characterized by the fact that inside the housing there is a removable mounting plate with holes equidistant along the circumference, in which by means of sealing rings cartridges are installed, containing elastic meshes, held in vertical position by means of holder, number of holes in the plate is selected so that during the deformation of the meshes there is no contact with the nearby cartridges, the ends of the cartridges are fixed in the distributors, each distributor is equipped with a supply line for compressed CO2 and is combined with a common pipeline, which is connected to a branch pipe with an electromagnetic valve, the distributor is made in the form of a hollow part, on the inner wall of which there are holes for passage of compressed CO2, located along the circumference and equally spaced from each other. USE - Brewing industry. ADVANTAGE - Invention increases efficiency of the extractor due to use of several sieve cartridges and their periodic regeneration without stopping the dry hopping process. 1 cl, 2 dwg
