成果简介	NOVELTY - The roller coupling has a sleeve (1) that has a blade (2) that is made for connection with the spindle hinge of the roller drive bores and bores diametrically located in the internal cavity of the sleeve on the other side. Two main rectangular inserts (3) are fixed for installing the drive shank of the working roller with chamfers. Two additional inserts (4) are made with a semi-cylindrical inner surface and installed in bores made in the inner cavity of the sleeve symmetrically relative to the axis of rotation of the coupling. A ring (7) for fixing the inserts is secured to the end of the sleeve on the side where the drive shank of the working roller is installed. The chamfers with the planes are aligned with the inner planes of the main rectangular inserts, and the cylindrical surface of the drive the working roller shank coincided with the internal semi-cylindrical surfaces of the additional inserts. USE - Roller coupling for metallurgical device for transmitting torque between rollers used in rolling production in drive of rolling mill rollers. ADVANTAGE - The reliability and service life of roller couplings are increased and the production costs are reduced. The radial movements of the drive shank of the working roller is eliminated and the negative vibrations and spindle runout during the process of reversible rolling is eliminated and the resistance to abrasion of the working surfaces of the inserts is increased.
