| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to experimental medicine, namely pharmacology and traumatology. Bilateral ovariectomy is performed in female Wistar rats. On the next postoperative day, chondroitin sulphate 68.6 mg/kg is administered once a day intragastrically for 8 weeks. On 57th day of the experiment, osteoporotic fractures of the hip and shoulder are simulated, and the introduction of chondroitin sulphate in the specified dose is continued until 12 weeks after the beginning of the experiment. USE - Experimental medicine. ADVANTAGE - Due to antioxidant properties of the preparation, the method enables to slow down the development of osteoporotic disorders in hypoestrogenic conditions, which in turn creates favourable conditions for successful fracture consolidation. 1 cl, 1 ex |
