| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for surgical treatment of idiopathic through macular rupture of large diameter. Optical coherence tomography of the retina in the mode of angiography (OCT-A) is performed before the operation. Using the Navilas laser navigation system, a frontal OCT-A image is superimposed on a photo of the eye ground. Sensorineural retina template flap is then virtually marked to cover the macular rupture area with an indent from the rupture edge by 1/4 of the rupture diameter in the greatest meridian. Marked template flap is moved to avascular zone of upper nasal vascular arcade on middle periphery of retina. Thereafter, according to the marking, the neurosensory retinal flap borders are marked with the help of laser coagulates with diameter of 110–150 mcm, located close to each other with a power sufficient for obtaining coagulates of 2nd degree. At the intraoperative stage, vitrectomy is performed. Marked flap is cut out along the inner edge of the laser coagulates to cover an area of through macular rupture. Perfluoroorganic compound (PFOC) is introduced onto the flap surface. Centre of the flap is aligned with the centre of the through macular rupture. Autologous conditioned blood plasma is placed on the flap. PFOC is removed and the vitreous cavity is plugged with the help of a gas-air mixture. USE - Medicine.
