| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, andrology, reproductology, clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to determine the need for assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs with sperm donation in males with obstructive azoospermia. For this purpose, testicular biopsy material is obtained in males with reproductive tract obstruction. Then, spermatogenesis state is examined by light microscopy on a histological section of cross sections of convoluted seminiferous tubules on a ten-point scale. Further, testicular interstitium and presence of tryptase-positive mast cells in 1 mm2, which are contrasted by means of immunohistochemical staining, are examined. If the value of tryptase-positive mast cells is 23 and more in 1 mm2 in the interstitium of the testicle with underlying spermatogenesis disorder of 6 points and below, the need to perform a protocol of assisted reproductive technologies with sperm donation is determined. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Invention enables to determine the success of ART programs in obstructive azoospermia, thus to take timely measures for implementation of repeated protocol of assisted reproductive technologies using autospermia or donation of germ cells, thereby reducing the number of unsuccessful attempts of ART. 1 cl, 3 ex |
