| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for use in treating peri-implant inflammation. Plaque is removed from implants and adjacent parts of prosthesis by its mechanical-ultrasonic treatment. Two trays are made – with application on the implant prosthesis and with the removed implant prosthesis, with application on the plug of the implant. Then implantation plug is installed, professional oral hygiene is performed and tray with medicinal preparation is applied. Further, the patient is recommended to apply a second tray with the introduced drug on the implanted prosthesis installed in place for 15 minutes 2 times a day, 30 minutes before meals or after, with the therapeutic course of 6-12 days. Medicinal product used is Argacol in amount of 0.05 to 0.2 g, or Phagodent in amount of 0.05 to 0.2 g, or Curasept ADS 350 in amount of 0.05 to 0.2 g. USE - Medicine.
