| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to knitting industry and concerns the design of knitting machines: flat knitting and circular knitting machines for production of knitted articles for domestic and technical purposes. Claimed loop-forming system of a knitting machine, which comprises a needle bed with side and rear walls, with a needle located between them, made in the form of a stepped curved rod with a hook in its upper part, a heel in the middle part; slur and enclosing wedges, forming one lock, wherein the heel is made with two bases, upper and lower, having the shape of a rectangle, different in height relative to the rear wall of the needle slot, which lie in parallel planes one above the other so that the larger base is oriented to the needle hook, and the side walls of the needle bed have recesses for placing the slur wedge closer to the needle bed. USE - Knitting production. ADVANTAGE - Reduced force of coiling, as well as reduced force of needle friction in the groove of the cylinder of the machine, reduced total consumption of power consumption for the drive of the needle and reduced temperature of the cylinder of the machine during operation of the assembly under conditions of semi-dry friction. 1 cl, 5 dwg |
