成果简介NOVELTY - The device has a control unit that contains a controller (2) and a control panel (3) with an electronic display screen. A cooling unit contains an expansion tank (4) with a liquid coolant. A coolant heat exchanger (5) with a cooling agent in the form of thermoelectric elements (6), configured to divert a coolant flow by an autonomous closed liquid coolant circuit. The controller is made with the ability to switch off thermoelectric elements. A cooling radiator is finned, and a fan is made with the ability to blow with an air flow directed along the surface of the finned cooling radiators. The cooling radiators are mounted directly on the thermoelectric elements and are equipped with temperature sensors (15) connected to the controller, and a coolant flow regulator (16) is installed in parallel to a pump (8) and the expansion tank. USE - Local hypothermia device for transferring non-mechanical form of energy to human body by cooling. ADVANTAGE - The absence of stepwise power change during regulation allows for precise stabilization of the coolant temperature, elimination of modes of periodic change in power consumption and thus increasing reliability and extending the service life of thermoelectric elements.
