成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to production of zinc-aluminium coated steel wire. Said wire is heated in the temperature range of 400-500 °C in a muffle furnace in a hydrogen medium with its content of not less than 97%. Zinc-aluminium melt is deposited on steel wire by lowering said wire into zinc-aluminium melt without contact with ambient medium. Steel wire with deposited zinc-aluminium melt is cooled to hardening of zinc-aluminium coating on wire. In particular case of implementation, steel wire is used with following ratio of components, wt.%: C – 0.5-0.9, Si – 0.13-0.42, Mn – 0.3-1.2, Cr – not more than 0.25, Ni – not more than 0.30, Cu – not more than 0.30, S – not more than 0.025, P – not more than 0.025, if necessary, V – 0.04-0.15, Fe and unavoidable impurities are the rest.
