| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for prediction of premature delivery in pregnant women with threatening late miscarriage at 16–21 weeks and 6 days of gestation and recurrent miscarriage. Prediction is carried out by determining in peripheral venous blood serum content of homologous to lymphotoxins inducible factor, which competes with glycoprotein D of herpes simplex virus for mediator of herpes virus penetration (LIGHT). If LIGHT is equal to 44.5 pg/ml or less, premature delivery is predicted in the patient. USE - Medicine.
