| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Automated immunochromatographic analyzer comprises optical unit in the form of light source with an emission wavelength of 360-380 nm, radiation receiver, optical elements for filtering and focusing excitation light onto test strip with beam with an illumination area size of ≥ 0.2x 0.2 mm and elements to filter and focused emission light from test strip at wavelength of 615-653 nm, signal amplifier with allocation of long-term luminescence strobes in microsecond range, cuvette compartment for placing cartridges and 2-coordinate mechanism for their movement contains sample preparation unit, immunochromatographic cartridges (2), vials with developing reagents, analysis buffer, 96-well microplates (4) for aliquoting samples and incubating cartridges with samples and reagents are placed, replaceable needles and filter cartridges (3) for preliminary removal of samples from impurities with diameter of more than 1μ m and 3-coordinate system for moving replaceable dosing heads and cartridges. USE - The analyzer is useful for: determining biomolecules (antigens of microorganisms and viruses, proteins, nucleic acids, low-molecular compounds); and automation of indicator-diagnostic studies in medicine, sanitary-epidemiological service, veterinary science, food industry and other industries. ADVANTAGE - The analyzer: determines at least 3-6 analytes in a sample by forming several analytical zones on one test strip; is portable; and automatically introduce samples onto immunochromatographic test strips with subsequent recording of a photometric or fluorescent signal from control and analytical zones made in the form of transverse strips of specific immunoreagents on a membrane.
