成果简介NOVELTY - The laser emitter has a contact plate (1), and a macrochannel radiator consisting of three plates with holes located along long sides. Two support plates are connected by diffusion welding such that the support plates form a zigzag cooling channel for directing flow of coolant. A line of laser diodes (2) and an insulator (3) are installed in an upper part of the contact plate on a side opposite the hole and connected to each other by using a multi-strip output (4). An insulator is made with metallized coating. A pressure plate (5) serves as a negative power electrode. The macrochannel radiator serves as a positive power electrode. Water or aqueous solutions of alcohols are selected as a heat carrier. The macrochannel radiator is made of diamond-containing composites or aluminum nitride, beryllium ceramics or highly conductive materials. The macrochannel radiator is covered with a corrosion-resistant coating. USE - Laser emitter. ADVANTAGE - The laser emitter reduces thermal resistance of the structure by increasing an area of the contact plate surface washed by the coolant and reducing distance from a heat-generating region of the laser emitter to the coolant.
