成果简介	NOVELTY - Absorber for selective removal of acid gases is intended for purification of natural gas from impurities under conditions of change of their composition and can be used in gas processing industry. Absorber comprises one or more packed mass-exchange sections to which absorbent is supplied. In these sections on the housing there arranged are annular support elements for fixation of horizontal partitions changing direction of gas flow from counter-flow to cross-flow and dividing the mass-exchange section into packed stages with packages of cross-flow nozzles. At equal height of sections, annular support elements and vertical ribs are arranged at equal distance from each other in each sections. Packets of cross-flow packing of equal height in each mass-exchange section are formed from packing elements of equal height, and with the same number of packing elements in each mass-exchange section, a different number of packing stages is arranged due to movement of horizontal partitions relative to annular support elements and perforated webs with drain plates, relative to vertical ribs with packing stages with packets of cross-flow packing are arranged between them. Disclosed invention solves the problem of developing an absorber for selective removal of acid gases with organization of invariance of welded support attachments of contact devices to the housing of the apparatus while preserving the housing of the apparatus and the possibility of changing the configuration of contact devices and their replacement during the reconstruction of the absorber, which simultaneously increases the technical and economic performance of the absorber (increasing the depth of purification of the raw material, changing the selectivity of the process, increasing the efficiency of the installation). USE - Chemistry. ADVANTAGE - Technical solution makes it possible to perform reconstruction of absorber with preservation of housing and existing set of packed contact elements, to increase depth of natural gas purification from carbon dioxide and to increase depth of CO2 absorption to 100%. 8 cl, 6 dwg
