成果简介	NOVELTY - The mouth guard has recesses that are made on the inner surface of the mouth guard on the vestibular and oral sides and made in the form of an arc from transparent acrylic polymer with a thickness of 1.5 to 3 millimeter. The guide chambers are provided with a depth of 1 to 4 millimeter made with the possibility of placing a medicinal preparation in the area of the inflammation site, inside which drainage grooves with a depth of 0.5 to 1 millimeter are made which are directed perpendicular to the peri-implant cuff. The edges of the mouthguard along the guide chambers from the inner surface are made of elastic polymer, where the rigidity profile with a thickness of 0.8 to 1.2 millimeter is made along the outer surface of the mouthguard. USE - Mouth guard for application of medicinal substance used in acute inflammatory processes. ADVANTAGE - The rigidity profile avoids deformation of the mouthguard when it closes with the antagonist teeth, thus additionally maintaining the tightness inside the mouthguard and protecting the injected preparation from spreading under the mouthguard.
