| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to production of electrolyte material with oxygen-ion conductivity based on (La,Sr)(Ga,Mg)O3-δ, which can be used for formation of electrolyte layer in solid oxide electrochemical devices. Method is characterized by the fact that solid-phase synthesis with annealing at temperature of 1,000 °C and subsequent homogenisation in a planetary mill at rate of 250 rpm for 1 hour is used to obtain a powder of chemical composition (La0.8Sr0.2)0.98Ga0.7Fe0.1Mg0.2O3-δ, in which 0.5 wt.% of iron (III) oxide is added and after homogenisation under the same conditions is sintered at temperature of 1,450 °C for 6 hours.
