成果简介NOVELTY - Group of inventions relates to the technology of producing humic acid for further production of fertilizer and can be used in agriculture. In the method of producing humic acid concentrate, solid organic ingredients, which are sources of humic acid, are ground in a dry disintegrator, the obtained mixture is mixed with an aqueous solution of nitric or sulphuric acid in concentration of 1-5 wt.% at ratio of 1:1-1:10, extraction of salts of the obtained organic acids is carried out, the microelement composition is levelled by adding salts of the required metals to the mixture obtained after extraction of the salts, to convert them into a chelate form, the reaction mixture is treated in a plasma-chemical reactor, and a humic acid concentrate is extracted from the obtained mixture. Humic acid concentrate production system includes a dry disintegrator, a device for mixing the ground mixture with an aqueous solution of nitric or sulphuric acid, having an acid supply inlet, an inlet for feeding a mixture of potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate or potassium hydroxide, an inlet for feeding metal salts, and an outlet for feeding the reaction mixture into a plasma-chemical reactor, which is equipped with a pulse current generator, the outlet of which is connected to the reactor for extracting the humic acid concentrate.
