| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely plastic, reconstructive surgery and oncology. After a skin-preserving mastectomy, the volume of the removed breast tissue is measured. After 12-28 days, when there is a twofold thickening of the cutaneous subcutaneous pocket, which is determined by ultrasound, the second stage of the operation is performed, selected a permanent implant is installed through the previous postoperative access to the skin pocket, then the wound is sutured in layers, with one drainage.
