| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Disclosed is a weaving machine for producing triaxial fabrics, in which a shedding mechanism is configured to vertically and horizontally move the warp threads of the two systems in different directions, at that, shedding mechanism for horizontal movement is made in the form of contacting pairs of belt transmissions with half-holes, which in the contact zone of the pair of belts form holes, wherein the shedding mechanism is equipped with rotary devices for moving the rods along a closed circuit, and the reed is made in the form of a worm with shaped faces in the form of teeth of an open reed, rigidly fixed on the batten with the possibility of rotational and rocking motion, at that, the warp threads feed mechanism provides for the warp threads winding from the sectional rollers, which are rigidly fixed on wheel (3) located on shaft (1), and have the possibility of rotation from the electric motor, wherein wheel (3) has toothed rim (5), and the warp threads feed mechanism is equipped with a length compensation system of each warp tread, which determines the equal tension of all warp threads regardless of their location along the width of the loom, and a thread guide for creating a zone of parallel arrangement of warp threads from the thread guide to the rods with eyes for the warp threads of the shedding mechanism. USE - Weaving. ADVANTAGE - Invention determines the exact arrangement of the threads systems along the width of the weaving machine in the shedding zone and prevents possible breakage of the threads, the warp threads systems along the sectional rolls have a zone, in which all warp threads are located radially relative to the thread guide, a zone in which all the warp threads are located in parallel to each other and a zone in which the crossed warp threads are intertwined with each other and with the weft thread system. 1 cl, 6 dwg |
