| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to basic bearing structures of radio equipment racks. Basic bearing structure (BBS) is a platform with vibration isolators, on which side walls and a rear housing are installed, which are attached to each other in the upper part by an upper panel. Side walls are flat frames provided with outer skin on the outside. Rear housing represents a volumetric frame. Outside, rear housing is provided with skins. Side walls and rear housing are combined into a single structure in the upper part by the upper panel, and in the lower part – by the platform. In case it is necessary to provide protection against vibration, in addition to installation of vibration isolators on the platform, an additional shock absorber is installed in the upper part of the base bearing structure on the rear housing. USE - Constructional details common to different types of electric apparatus. ADVANTAGE - Creation of BBS from unified elements with possibility of their fast incomplete disassembly into a small number of separate parts for easy delivery to hard-to-reach places of the installation object and subsequent fast assembly on site without deterioration of operational properties, strength and reliability of the structure. 4 cl, 11 dwg |
