| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of hydrogenating benzene and its homologues and can be used in organic synthesis to produce cycle-containing solvents and reagents. Hydrogenation method involves continuous passage of a mixture of a substrate and hydrogen at temperature of 120-160 °C through a catalytic layer of nickel nanoparticles deposited on aluminium oxide, and is characterized by the fact that the process is carried out at a molar ratio of substrate : hydrogen = 1:(5.78-6.45), and nickel nanoparticles are deposited by impregnating aluminium oxide when boiling with a solution of nickel chloride hexahydrate and carbamide in 7 wt.% aqueous ammonia solution, adding boric acid and boiling for 2 hours, at weight ratio of aluminium oxide : hexahydrate of nickel chloride : carbamide : boric acid, equal to 1:2:2.4:0.6. Adsorbed nickel chloride is reduced at temperature of 80-100 °C with a mixture of an aqueous solution of sodium borohydride and hydrazine monohydrate, the catalyst is dried in a stream of hydrogen at 350-400 °C immediately before the reaction.
