成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and aims at surgical treatment of patients with Fuchs corneal dystrophy and cataract. That is ensured by phacoemulsification using the “Phaco-chop” lens nucleus crushing technique and double protection of a monolayer of endothelial cells with a viscoelastic. A posterior chamber hydrophobic intraocular lens with a deep focus is implanted in the patients with endothelial cell density of not less than 1,300 cells/mm2 and a central corneal thickness of not more than 600 mcm.
