| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a hollow metal sleeve that is installed inside a plastic base (1). The shape and size of plastic base correspond to the shape and size of the object to be identified, and two individual tags (3) with recorded identical codes are placed on the outer surface of the plastic base. The individual tags are provided with antenna systems of the asymmetrical vibrator type with a grounded arm located parallel to outer side of metal portion (2), while the other portion of the vibrator is located perpendicular to the grounded arm. The working portion of the vibrator is located relative to the grounded arm at an angle of 90° , which is achieved through the use of stop elements (4). USE - Device for automatic radio frequency identification of pipes of any geometric cross-section. ADVANTAGE - The increase in the operational characteristics of device is ensured by increase in the RFID tag's reading range and expansion of the tag's reading angle due to the possibility of identification from virtually any direction. The device for automatic radio frequency identification of pipes of any geometric cross-section performs work on marking and identifying non-flat objects for mounting on both metal and non-metal products of any geometric cross-section. The geometric dimensions of base and metal ring ensures tight fit of ring into the inner portion of base. The best efficiency of the individual tag is achieved.
