成果简介NOVELTY - Disclosed is a composite material for a device for quantifying lactate content in physiological fluids, comprising polymer matrix (4), nanomaterial inclusions and lactate oxidase enzyme inclusions (3), immobilized in polymer matrix (4), wherein polymer matrix (4) contains a polymer modified with a redox-active compound. Polymer used is bovine serum albumin, the redox-active compound used is neutral red covalently bonded to said polymer, and the nanomaterial is single-wall carbon nanotubes (2). Also disclosed is a device for quantitative assessment of lactate content in physiological fluids. USE - Biotechnology; medicine.
