Method involves feeding broiler chickens with a phytopreparation “Phytogenix” based on essential oils and lactic acid in dose of 0.2 ml/l of water from 1st to 7th day of growing, in dose of 0.3 ml/l of water from 8th day on 38th day. Proposed method increases the number of immunocompetent cells – T-lymphocytes – by 1.04-3.0 times, B-lymphocytes – by 1.05-1.76 times, bactericidal activity of blood serum – by 5.3-23.4 %, average titre to Newcastle disease virus – by 13.3-18.6 %, total protein – by 6.4-6.9 %, albumin – by 3.8-5.9 %, globulins – by 6.6-9.3 %.
